Jack London State Park - Vagabondage

San Francisco Folk-Punk Band
To Rock The House of Happy Walls at

Monday, February 18th, 2013

Vagabondage is a San Francisco folk-punk band that plays songs of heartbreak and hope that have been rousing crowds throughout the Bay Area since 2008. Part of their first video, "Raise Your Glass," was filmed at Heinolds First and Last Chance Saloon in Oakland's Jack London Square, a bar Jack London frequented so often that it is called "Jack London's Rendezvous."  So it is fitting that Vagabondage will rock the halls of The House of Happy Walls creating just the sort of event that Jack London would have had during the time he hosted parties when the park was his home.  The Vagabondage performance at Jack London Park promises to be the sort of rousing performance about maritime adventures, untoward barfly characters and rough and tumble tales of nature and wilderness that Jack London himself would have raised his glass to enjoy.
