30th ANNUAL PLOWING PLAY DAY

Free Family Event presented by
North Coast Draft Horse and Mule Association

The North Coast Draft Horse Mule Association presents the 30th annual draft horse Plowing Play Day at Jack London State Park. This popular family event features plowing and harnessing demonstrations, free horse drawn wagon rides, and medieval horseback Skill at Arms.  See mules and Clydesdale's,  Percheron, Shire and Belgian draft horses, blacksmiths, Early Day Gas Engines and more. Food will be available and places to picnic throughout the Park’s “Beauty Ranch,” the home of famous author Jack London, who also raised Shire draft horses.
WHEN: Sunday May 19 10 am to 4 pm

2400 London Ranch Road in Glen Ellen

Admission is FREE (other than $10 parking fee paid at kiosk upon entering).

The North Coast Draft Horse and Mule Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the gentle giants, and preserving the art of driving a team.
