Pennyroyal aka Pagoda Mint (Mentha pulegium)
Mint family Height 12 to 24 and the flower tier is 1 ½ wide The beautiful Pennyroyal has tiers of lavender-blue flowers
and is common in our parks during the month of July and into August. You can find this beauty in grassy, generally moist areas,

Rosilla (Helenium
puberbulum) Aster family Plant height 3 to 4 and the flower is 1 1/2 wide The interesting Rosillla flower sways on long stems and has
ball shaped flowers with a yellow skirt. I have found Rosilla in wet, rocky areas in the shade of
mixed woodlands. Rosilla certainly isnt common and I have found it in just
